We are building the access layer for the legal profession.
Embra starts with mentorship in Arkansas. The larger vision is a legal network that follows students from law school into practice across web, iOS, events, and career access.
Law school teaches you the law. It does not teach you the people.
The legal profession runs on relationships. Who you clerked for, who introduced you, who took your call. None of that is in the casebook, and none of it shows up on the exam.
Some students arrive already connected. They have a parent at a firm, a family friend on the bench, a summer set up before orientation. Everyone else is handed the same advice with no way to act on it: go network.
Embra exists for the students who did not already know a lawyer. The ones who are brilliant on paper and invisible in the rooms that decide careers.
We are turning the hidden network into something a student can actually reach, on the first day instead of the last year.
Ability is distributed evenly. Access is not. A student can top the class and still watch opportunities go to the people who were already in the room. When access is left to chance, the profession keeps drawing from the same narrow pool.
Legal talent is everywhere. Legal access is not.
Brittney Bond is a Bowen Law graduate and a practicing attorney. She went to law school without a lawyer in the family, a summer set up before orientation, or a connection who could open a door. She figured it out on her own. Embra is the path she wishes she had from the first day.

The people who help you enter the legal profession were never listed in the syllabus. I watched my wife and co-founder Brittney figure that out the hard way. Embra is the fix we wish more students had from day one.
Mentorship is where it starts.
A mentor is the first node in the network. One attorney who answers honestly becomes an introduction, then an opportunity, then a career. Mentorship is the door.
Mentorship is live today. The first event is in August. Career profiles, opportunities, a firm talent pipeline, and school partnerships come next, and eventually a national legal network.
Live where students already are.
Start on the web at a desk between classes, then continue on iOS in the hallway. Embra is one account across both, so the network is never more than a tap away.
